December 2025 Newsletter

Our summer field program is moving at full pace, with two rigs turning, meters accumulating quickly, and a balanced plan that advances both resource expansion and high-potential new targets. The data we’re generating, from exceptional surface results to regional step-out target definition, is sharpening our understanding of El Quevar and reinforcing the scale of opportunity ahead.

As we close out the year, the work underway positions us for a steady stream of meaningful news well into 2026. With exploration designed to unlock new discoveries and drilling within the resource aimed at adding to our inventory of pure silver ounces, we are systematically advancing a project that has been underexplored for too long. The fundamentals are strong, our technical conviction is high, and we are excited to begin sharing results.

Below is a summary of our latest marketing and news (Q4 2025).

Above: Drilled within the Yaxtché resource boundary, Hole QVD-412 produced the exceptional core that I’m holding in my hand here – an ultra-high-grade interval containing 18,467 g/t silver over 1.05 m, intercepted at 307 metres downhole.

Above: Bonanza grade interval from Hole QVD-414. A textbook example of high grade epithermal mineralization, the interval contains a whopping 4,243 g/t silver over 1 metre, drilled at 361 metres downhole.

Performance Check: A Year In Numbers

El Quevar Advancing with Precision, Pace, Fully-Funded

  • 2 drill rigs currently turning;

  • >2,000 meters completed (as of the first week of December);

  • 60% of funds dialing in on new exploration targets, currently in and around Quevar South;

  • 40% of funds focused on resource expansion;

  • Summer (Nov 2025-Apr 2026) program is fully funded with ~C$22M in the treasury.

Latest News Drill-Down: The BIG Picture at El Quevar

  • A mere ~3% of El Quevar’s claims have been explored

  • The high-grade, pure silver resource area represents ~1% of the surface area of El Quevar.

  • The step out drilling at Andrea, located nearly 1,000 meters NE of the deposit, announced on November 13, 2025 returned very wide zones of anomalous silver:

    • 123.00 meters over 5.0 g/t silver on the initial drillhole at the Andrea target, and a second hole hit 7.0 g/t silver over 100.00 metres.

  • Implications of the above intercepts:

    • This large volume of rock has had contact with silver-rich fluids

    • The holes returned 10x richer core than the average country rock (aka rock that has not been in contact with silver fluid rocks), whose average grade grades 0.5g/t Ag.

    • A lot of volcanic activity has occurred here; large amounts of mineralized hydrothermal fluids are being found for the first time.

Above: Native silver in a 2025 sample collected from outcrop at the Mani-Copan target, which reached the upper detection limit at the assay lab of 20,000g/t silver. Several samples returned multiple kilograms of silver here.
